Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the nona123 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile telephone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. nona123 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
nona123 implements a KYC verification process. All Members will be required to complete identity verification before withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds are processed. Accepted identification documents include a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's License, accompanied by a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) and a selfie holding the ID document.
By using the nona123 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
nona123 reserves the right to void any bets, withhold winnings, and suspend or permanently close any Account where the above prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected or confirmed, without obligation to provide prior notice.
nona123 supports the following MYR deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), direct bank transfer, credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC and USDT).
Deposits. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits via e-wallets and FPX are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. nona123 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified (KYC-approved) Members are processed within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier section of the platform. nona123 aims to process most MYR withdrawal requests within minutes to a few hours during standard operating periods. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take longer.
Withdrawal method matching. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. nona123 reserves the right to request additional verification where a withdrawal is directed to a different payment method.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of transaction. nona123 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a withdrawal request is submitted and the time it is processed.
nona123 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal methods must belong to and be registered in the name of the Account holder. Withdrawals to accounts belonging to another person, including family members, are not permitted.
nona123 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus abuse. nona123 monitors betting patterns and account activity to detect abuse of bonus offers. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine wagering risk, or the coordinated exploitation of offers across multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and winnings withheld.
Expiry. Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account balance without further notice.
nona123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
General. All bets and gaming activity on nona123 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, which are displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook section of the platform. By placing a bet or commencing a game, you accept those rules in addition to these Terms.
Sports betting. nona123 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international fixtures. All sports betting is subject to the sportsbook rules published on the platform, including rules governing settlement, void bets, and in-play betting.
Live casino and slots. Game outcomes for all RNG-based (random number generator) casino games are determined by certified random number generation software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of a licensed professional dealer operating from a regulated studio environment. nona123 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Technical malfunctions. In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting the integrity of a bet or game round, nona123 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. Any funds staked in a voided transaction will be returned to the Member's Account balance.

nona123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account for any reason, nona123 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any bonuses that were subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) to the Account holder via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of applicable KYC checks.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may submit a request at any time via the live chat support channel. Voluntary account closures are processed within 48 hours.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nona123 holds its international gaming licence.
